If you are a seller of leads please be aware that you will be left feedback by the purchaser of the leads. So if the leads are good your feedback will allow you to charge a higher rate, but get several bad feedback ratings and no one will want to buy your leads. There are no refunds on leads. Exchanged deals ready to be reassigned You will be paid on completion 80% of the profit from the sale Please ensure that the estimated value or estimated market rent are correct as we will not allow you to post deals if you are consistently incorrect with your figures. Agreed in principle deals You will be paid on completion 50% of the fee generated and we will collect the fee from the purchaser before passing on full details of the property. Please confirm how estimated value was calculated. Hometrack ? 3 sold comps within the last 6 months Or other Where did estimated rent come from?
