You will be required to pay a finders fee as described on the lead to take lead off market. This fee is refundable should property be downvalued at survey or the local market rent not be as stated.


Agreed in principle deals
You will be required to pay a finders fee as described on the lead to take lead off market. At which point you will be given full details about the property. This fee is 100% refundable should property be down valued at survey or the local market rent not be as stated. However if the deal does not conclude for any other reason £100 will be retained from the fee.
